Potato Pizza with Meat Sauce

Ingredients
General
Medium-sized potato 1pc, shredded
Salt ½ teaspoon
Oil 1 tablespoon
Minced beef 100g
Onions ¼pc, chopped
Garlic 1pc, chopped
Plain flour 1 tablespoon
Brandy 1 tablespoon
Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
Chicken stock 100ml
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Oregano A little
Cherry tomatos 4pcs, sliced
Mozzarella cheese 50g
Method
  • Shred the potato with a grater. Stir in salt and rest for 10 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the beef and cook until done. Stir in brandy.
  • Add the plain flour and fry well. Stir in tomato paste, chicken stock, sugar and oregano. Cook over low heat until it turns into meat sauce.
  • Line the rice container with grease-proof paper. Drain the excess water of the shredded potato. Spread shredded potato in the rice container.
  • Spread with meat sauce, arrange cherry tomatoes over the shredded potato. Cook at medium heat until the fire is automatically turned off.
  • Take out the rice container, sprinkle with cheese, and then cook again in medium heat until the fire is automatically turn off. Leave the rice container in the Superbowl for 5 minutes (without fire) or until cheese melts. Cut into slices to serve.
