Cannelloni

Ingredients
General
Cannelloni 8pcs
Onion ½, chopped
Garlic 1 teaspoon, chopped
Minced beef 200g
Wine 1 tablespoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Pepper ½ teaspoon
Herbs 1 teaspoon
Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Brown sugar 1 teaspoon
Spinach 150g
Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
Eggs 1-2pcs
Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons
Sauce (White Sauce)
Butter 40g
Plain flour 30g
Chicken stock 250ml
Whipping cream 200ml
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Herbs 1 teaspoon
Garnishes and Decorations
Broccoli ½, half cooked
Cauliflower ½, half cooked
Sliced carrots 10pcs
Mushrooms 6pcs, sliced
Buffalo cheese 200g
Parmesan cheese 100g
Bacon 4-5 slices, diced
Dried onion 1-2 teaspoons
Basil leaves 1-2 pcs
Paprika ½ teaspoon
Method
  • Melt butter, stir in plain flour. Slowly add in chicken stock and cream. Season the white sauce with salt, pepper and herbs. Keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic and minced beef. Then, add wine, salt, pepper, herbs, dark soy sauce and brown sugar. Lastly, add the chopped spinach.
  • After the fillings cool down, stir in breadcrumbs and eggs.
  • Add parmesan cheese, pipe out the fillings into cannelloni.
  • Place the stuffed cannelloni in the rice container of Superbowl.
  • Top with (1), mushroom slices, buffalo cheese and parmesan cheese. Set the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots beside the cannelloni. Cook over medium heat until the fire is automatically turned off.
  • Just before serving, brown the cheese until golden. Sprinkle with diced crispy bacon, dried onion. Serve with parmesan cheese, basil leaves and paprika.
