Charge covers:
- Labour cost for appliance maintenance and repair
- On-demand appliance check-ups
- Regular Safety inspections, including checking appliances to ensure optimum working
conditions and safety, testing installation pipes to ensure that they are air-tight,
and conducting visual inspections of the service risers

To make the scheme economical for all, the costs for appliance parts and rubber
hoses, will be charged only as they occur. Customers will also be charged separately
for repair or replacement of internal pipes and external service risers, and for
disconnection and reconnection of appliances.
